I want to go to Fuji Shibazakura festival on 23 May. I see from your site , that I can book bus ticket from Shinjuku to kawaguchiko, but how to book the ticket for Shibazakura festival? Can I book that online?

Yes, you can book a ticket for the express bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko or directly to the Fuji Shibazakura Festival site from the following website.
http://highway-buses.jp/fuji/
It is still just a bit too early to make a reservation. You should be able to book a seat from sometimes in the middle of March. In your case, you can book a seat on April 23 since you can make a reservation from only one month ahead of the departure date.
