Thank you so much for the earlier answers from you, but i need to bothering you again now because I just downloaded the pamphlets of the Fuji-Hakone Free Pass that we were talking about and in there it said transportation that can be used freely in the Fuji Five Lakes area are including Saiko Sightseeing Bus (Omni Bus and Retro Bus) so I wondering again if they're changing the condition now not to include this one?

providing that the pamphlets is issued on April 1st, 2016 (together i captured the pamphlets images regarding this question

Sorry, reaaaaaaaaally sorry, I gave a wrong answer to your question.
The pass called " Fuji-Hakone Free pass" is only for foreign tourists, so that I didn't know that...

Now, I read the Japanese version description, I found out that you're right, it covers whole area where it describes.
But, that does't offer Retro bus nor Omni bus so that you need another pass if you take those buses at Kawaguchiko, or you can pay to the driver each time you take.

I think, Fuji-Hakone Free pass is enough and you don't have to buy another pass.
Because Fujikko-go or every local buses, and other buses which are included would offer you enough transportation around Mt.Fuji and every lakes, or the sightseeing spots.
