The bus station at Shinjuku has moved to a new spot. How do I walk from Keio Plaza to the bus station. I am going to Kawaguichi for an overnight. Can I buy my tickets in advance online and if possible , where exactly can I collect ?

You can only make a reservation online( you can book 30 days in advance before your departure day)and collect in the bus station. And you can collect the ticket before the departure day.
