Lets say if we book 11am bus to kawaguchiko but we happen to arrive early, are we able to change to earlier bus ?

This is just an additional information to the answer already posted. As far as you are changing to earlier bus, all you need is to change the ticket at the ticket counter without any extra fee only if there are seats available. Please note buses are usually fully packed, so we suggest not changing the time. In addition, if you miss the bus you have already purchased, you will have to buy a new ticket, so please be careful for that. Hope you have a nice trip to Japan!

Please show your ticket when you check in. And if there's a available seat for you, you can change your bus w/o any extra fee.
