Hi, If I make a reservation now in advanced using Highway bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko station, in case if I arrived early than my reserved departure time, can I take the earlier departure time or should I have to wait my turn based on my reserved departure time? How about if I arrived later than my reserved time, can I take the next departure time. Thank you for your reply.

If you have not paid for the ticket and if there are seats available, you can change your bus to the earlier one or later one. However, all the seats are occupied most of the time these days, so it is better to stick to your bus.
