Hello, i have just booked a ticket from Hakuba Happo to Tokyo Shinjuku Station on 16th march at 9am , but im not able to print my reservation is ok if i took a photo? Also im not sure whare i have to take the bus from? Happo bus station? Or Happo train station? could you give me the rigth information Thank you so much!

You do not need to print out your reservation as long as you remember the phone number you used to book your seat. The phone number is your confirmation number.

As for the place to get on the bus, please take the bus from the Happo bus station. I hope this answer is sufficient enough to answer your inquiry. If not, then please let me know.
