Hi, I need to make a reservation through highway bus website from shinjuku to fuji Qland with the Q pack. However, it did not allow me to go through, it prompts me "Reservation could not be completed." And this has made me lose my preferred time slot. Kindly advise how can I complete the booking please?

It seams like there are not enough seats available in the time slot you want. Once all the tickets are sold out, the time slot disapears from the list of the time options.
Could you please try choosing a diffetent time or date?
