Good dam, would just like to ask where i can confirm my reservation since i pressed back during reservation and i dont know if the reservation pushed through or not as the time slot suddenly disappeared. No bus number was given so i cant use the cancellation form provided on the highway japan website. Thanks

Unfortunately, you cannot confirm your reservation online. If you are not sure if your reservation was completed or not, please make a new reservation. You can cancel the other reservation on the departure date, if it is made by mistake. You will not be charged for the unnecessary tickets.
