I don't know why I cant contact to direction using telephone. I have problem that I want to reserve a bus from shinjuku to kawaguchiko for 9 people, 5 mens and 4 women (date 2016/June/08 as early as it could be). The problem is that, it could be reserved maximum for only 5 people. So, how could you make sure that we will travel in the same bus ?

Hi there,

If you can make a reservation by phone call, there are 9 seats available for the earliest bus leaving at 7:15. This will not be displayed on the timetable since it is a temporary operating bus, so reservation cannot be made through the website.
If you would like to book online, 11:15 is the earliest bus available at the moment. If you are making a reservation online, even if you make 2 reservations separately (one for 4 persons, one for 5 persons), your group members will be on the same bus. I hope this is clear to you.
