Hello I tried to book a ticket from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko by highway-buses.jp for end of Sept but I was not able to select September date, can I only book 30 days in advance? or can i also book for Spetember now?

According to the Keio Bus operating highway bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko, you can only book one month in advance. So, it is still too early to book for September.
This rule applies to most of buses and trains running in Japan.

Unfortunately, you can only make your bookings 2 months in advance only.
So in your case, you will be able to book from end of July.
