Dear admin,

I have booked two tickets from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko. As i am an tourist, i could not print my reservation, also have local (Japanese) number. But i screen shot my reservation page and put Indonesian number with 0 in the front, due to limited character. Would that be enough to claim and pay my reservation on that day? Kindly advise.

Hi there,

It is OK that you did not print out your reservation page. All you need is the phone number you used for booking your seats. When you claim your ticket at the ticket counter, please tell the clerk your phone number including 0.
If you are worried, you can show the printout of the screenshot.
