Hi there,

It is possible to make a day trip to Fujiten Snow Resort although it will be a pretty tight schedule.
I would recommend that you take an early morning bus to Kawaguchiko and the latest bus from Kawaguchiko back to Shinjuku to give you 6-8 hours to enjoy in the resort. It is about 20 minutes from Kawaguchiko to Fujiten Ski Resort by taxi.
