Hi there.

I would like to do reservation for bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko for 2 pax, but seems like I am unable to. I got prompted that I can only book up to 5 people. But there's only 2 of us. Can someone enlighten me on how to go about doing the booking?

Hi. Please ignore the prompt indicating "You can only book up to 5 people" because it is a message for the people who are trying to book for more than 5 people.
The reason you can not get through the reservation must be something else. Please make sure there are no spaces between names. Also, please enter 10 or 11 digits of numbers for your phone number. If you stiil cannot book your seat after correcting your inputing errors, then most probably there are no enough seats for 2 people for the date and time slot. Please choose different date or time.
