Hello,
If I buy Hakone Freepass, will I be able to travel from Shinjuku to Odawara by "Odawara Line Express" (that's not "Romancecar", right?) with it without additional surcharge, or I'll need to buy separate ticket for this train? I see that Hakone Freepass includes transportation on the Odakyu Line, but what about Odawara Line, is it another line and it is not covered by Hakone Freepass?

Hakone Freepass allows you to take;
1. Local train of Odakyu line, round trip, once ( From Shinjuku).
2. Unlimited free rides the transportation with the sign attached.
3. Extra charge for Romancecar as you mentioned.
Odawara Line Express is just a Express train from Shinjuku to Odawara, so you don't need any extra charge.
It's much simple to call "an Express train of Odakyu Line" in stead!

And, Odawara Line is the name of train route.
Odakyu Line has some different lines, like Enoshima line, Tama line, and Odawara line.
Odawara line is the name during Shinjuku to Odawara.
( ex: Enoshima line is during Sagami-oono to Katase-Enoshima)
