I have made a reservation for a round-trip bus ticket from shinjuku station to kawaguchigo station online.
And the return time is around 17.30 what about if we want to come back early than that time Can we change the ticket at kawaguchigo station or we have to make a new reservation?
and if we can change the ticket ,Is there any fees

Hi there,

Yes you can change your reservation w/o no extra fee.
If you want to cancel online, there's a cancellation form on the site you made booking.
( in the case via Highway bus.com, try here;http://highway-buses.jp/cancellation/）

If your date is during Golden week or Shibazakura festival, I strongly recommend you to make a new booking first then cancel your current one.
