Hello there!

I have a question regarding our last Hotel stay which is "Narita View Hotel" , I'm wondering if it is possible for us to send our belonging such as luggages to the Hotel first prior to our arrival date like maybe 1 day ahead, I'm trying to contact the hotel directly by e-mail but i couldn't find the way, oh for the transport of our belonging i will use Yamato Transport(the black cat logo) thank you for the answer in advance

Yes they accept your luggage, not only a day ahead but also even more days.

NOTE: They would appreciate to be written your name and ARRIVAL DATE on the invoice to make sure.
