Hi, I've just made reservation for 2 on highway bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko on13 April 17 0605 Bus 1371. Then I noticed it was not in timetable listing. should be OK as confirmation message received right?
Before I can print, it show system error. Do I have to cancel and make reservation again?

If you have completed your reservation and received a confirmation email, you should be fine even if the time is not displayed in the timetable.
