Hi, I am planning to spend 3 day at Nikko with the Nikko all city pass from 17 to 19 April. However the timetable at http://www.tobu.co.jp/foreign/pdf/timetables.pdf show that schedule for Period (B) from 11/24 to 4/20 is suspended.
Is it true that there is no services from Asakusa to Tobu-Nikko from Nov 24 to 20th April?

There are a couple of trains that are suspended during the period. However, other buses are running as usual. Please refer to the pdf you attached. It says the bus displayed in grey is suspended during the Period (B) from November 24 to April 20.
