i reserved the seat to go to kawaguchiko station but i want to cancel and when i try to fill the cancellation form i cannot find my bus number in my reservation form
what should i do and can i just reserve the new ticket?

However, if it is difficult to find the bus number, please go ahead and make a new reservation.
You can cancel your unnecessary reservation when you purchase your ticket at the ticket counter on the departure date.
