Is there a ticketing booth in Shibazakura festival, where in i can buy one way ticket from shibazakura festical to kawaguchiko station?

i will be riding bus from shinjuku to fuji shibazakura festival. and then would like to go to kawaguchiko station after.

can someone help me if there is a ticket booth in the festival site.
