Hi im Vivi , will trip Japan on April 23th-May6, 2017 visit many cities.
Since I'm going to trip to alpen route with some big luggages, I plan on using TAQBIN services, so I do not carry too many luggage.

I'm trying to check the price of TA Q BIN
from matsumoto (Hotel near Matsumoto Station) to Osaka (near kuromon market).
but it must use the Japanese language and need your full address (such as post code) to check the cost.
I have questions n need your help :)

1. I want to check, how much it costs to send a suitcase the size of 20kg or 25kg.
2. from Matsumoto (28th april morning) to Osaka (2nd May)?
3. how do I receive my suitcase in the apartment later? Do i have to standby at home?
4. Is there our choice to pick up our goods at the nearest convienent storeI saw could choose a period of time of submission? (Because I stay in the apartment, and there is no staff or lobby).
5. I read if I sent the 28th of April , it will arrive at destination place (osaka) on 29 April.
6. But I will arrive at Osaka on 2nd May.
Does it can be set received on 2nd May or how should you think?
7.When shipping from hotel at MAtsumoto, do I have to fill online form through website first to ask to be picked up or how?
8. is every hotel in japan already automatically perform this service (TAQBIN) ? Or I should contact the TAQBIN for pick-up?
This is the first time i will use this delivery service.
