You cannot reserve a bus from Lake Kawaguchikoto Shibazakura Festival site online. Please purchase the ticket at Kawaguchiko.
I would recommend that you buy a round trip ticket (Fujishibazakura Liner) which includes a round trip ticket and entrance fee.
