If i get the Fuji Hakone pass and i head out to the fuji five lakes area on a day trip and return to Shinjuku, will my pass be forfeited?

Actually there are two types of Hakone pass. I will attach you the PDF, please check.
The pass is valid for 3 days can you can use it for fuji five lake area(local bus).
