For foreigners travelling to Japan reserving bus tickets on the Shinjuku<>Kawaguchi Line, we are required to enter our telephone number. Since we do not have a local number, and afraid that using the hotel's number will clash with other travellers also making a booking, what number should we use?

Hi there,

It does not need to be a local phone number. You can use any phone number, however the number must be 10 or 11 digits. (If the number is less than 10 digits, please put a "0" first). Please make sure there are no hyphens, brackets or spaces.
The phone number you entered to book your seat becomes the confirmation number for your reservation. So, it is important to remember the number to pick up your ticket at the ticket counter.
