I booked a express bus round trip from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko Station. Fully paid on the website (https://highway-buses.jp/), & printed the web-tickets sent to my email. Do I need to collect the tickets or just present the printed web-tickets? If i have to collect, can i know where to collect? thanks in advance :)
