I'm going to Kyoto after 3 nights at Kawaguchiko. which transport or line should I go for ?
Seach from Google map it show travel back to Tokyo then take Tokaido sanyo Shinkansen to Kyoto station which not a good idea.
And do I have to reserve in advance for this Tokaido sanyo Shinkansen ? How much is the fare ?

There are 2 options..
1. Night ride highway bus
Timetable and fare is below;

2.Shinkansen from Mishima station

If you choose Shikansen, you need to take a bus from Kawaguchiko to Mishima station which is a station for Shinkansen.
There are Kodama and Hikari, Hikari is faster express Shinkansen.
Please check the timetable for both.
I think you can get the timetable at your hotel in Kawaguchiko.
It depends on what day you will travel but I think you should better to book reservation seat in advance if you are worried of no available seats in non-reserved cars.
***if you travel during Christmas vacation, definitely need booking in advance.
