I have made booking through https://www.highwaybus.com/gp/inbound/index?lang=CZ2 and payment is made also. A printed ticket is ready for me, but I cannot find my reservation online. Is it because I key in the Chinese mobile phone no. instead of a tel. no. in Japan?

It does not matter whether you used Japanese phone number or Chinese phone number as long as you could completed your reservation. The reason why you cannot find your reservation information would most probably be because you are entering a wrong information.
If you are misspelling or entering unnecessary spaces, you cannot retrieve your reservation information, so please check it again.
