I have made booking through https://www.highwaybus.com/gp/inbound/index?lang=CZ2 and payment is made also. A printed ticket is ready for me, but I cannot find my reservation online. Is it because I key in the Chinese mobile phone no. instead of a tel. no. in Japan?
