How/where do we book 2 fujikyuko bus tickets departing from gotemba station at 4.10pm on May 14 Monday to arrive kawaguchiko station at 5.30pm?
The schedule on bus on line website shows only 1 departure at 8.30am which does not match my itinerary. Thank you

I do not think you need to book a ticket for the bus. There are lots of buses running between Gotemba station and Kawaguchiko.
