I want to purchase the Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket from Shinjuku Bus Terminal to travel to Kawaguchiko. I understand that I should book my round trip bus ticket first without finishing payment.

But, on the English website of highwaybus.com, I am unable to complete my reservation unless I provide my payment details (at step 06. Payment). Can you help me?

As you mentioned, you cannot book a ticket from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko without payment.
If you are purchasing the Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket, you need to purchase it at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.
Or, you can also make a reservation over the phone if you want to book a seat.
