Hi there,

You can take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (bound for Ogikubo) to Akasakamitsuke station and transfer your train to Tokyo Metro Ginza Line (bound for Shibuya) and get off at Omotesando station.
The travel time on subway will be about 15 minutes.
