I bought two tickets to Mt Fuji 5th station from shinjuku station, but with the typhoon hitting i don’t thknk we’ll be able to cook. Would I potentially be able to cancel my reservation and get a refund?

Hi there,

As long as you cancel your ticket before the departure time, you can get a refund. However, 100 yen will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Hope typhoon goes away soon.
