I am planning to buy the Fuji Hakone 3-day pass from Odakyu, I want to know if I need to reserve a spot for the highway bus to from Shinjuku to Mt Fuji. If so how should I do that? I tried to do it through the website, but I don't see the option for people with the 3-day pass. (We are a group of 4)

To purchase a Fuji Hakone Pass, please go to the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center (https://www.odakyu.jp/english/passes/fujihakone/). Please note that you cannot make an online reservation from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko. So, if you would like to make a reservation to secure your seat, please visit Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center and book your ticket from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko or Hakone and return ticket back to Shinjuku.
