Hello, i booked a ticket from Shinjuku-5th station round trip for 8 PAX but I would like to cancel 1 ticket. How can I cancel the 1 ticket? In the website there is no option to cancel for only 1 pax. Please help.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel just one ticket. If you would like to cancel just one ticket, you will have to cancel the whole reservation once and then book again.
