i plan to buy 3 day fuji hakone pass, going to hokone by odakyu train --> kawaguchiko lake and then back to shijuku from kawaguchiko st. by highway bus. so how can i get the highway bus timetable and how can i reserve a seat? i have to buy a pass first ? if i have to buy first can i reserve at buying counter?

To purchase a Fuji Hakone Pass, please go to the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center (https://www.odakyu.jp/english/passes/fujihakone/). Please note that you cannot make an online reservation from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko without payment.
