I am planning a one-day trip on the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus on Sunday 23/12/2018. Is there a lot of traffic on Sunday? Will it take a long time to get stuck in the traffic? I am going to take the bus at AM 11 o'clock, so wouldn't it be too late to get to Kawaguchiko Station and tour? I am worried because it is winter.

Ummmm, traffic on Sunday...., it is hard to tell. But, usually, buses get to the destination almost on time. So, you do not need to worry about it too much. If you take a bus at 11:00, you will arrive in Kawaguchiko by the early afternoon. You will still have enough time to attend a tour and enjoy Kawaguhiko.
