This is the first time for us. We have booked ticket since on 19 April, Fuji-Q Highland -​Shinjuku on 3 May with highway bus. But I have checked on website, it doesn't have our booking. We received​ email inform that our reservation​ is complete. What should​ we do? Please​ advice.

The reason that you cannot retrieve your reservation on the website is maybe because you are not entering the right information. As long as you have received the confirmation email, you surely have a reservation, so do not worry. Please show your mobile ticket to the bus driver at the bus terminal.
If you would like to check your reservation, please enter your reservation information carefully one more time. Please make sure there are no unnecessary spaces between names or after the name.
