I may be arriving slightly late to Shinjuku, so this might be a problem for me if I cannot make it on time. Alternatively, are there any other ways or places that I can exchange for the tickets after 6pm?

Next question, is it possible to buy the kamikochi yu yu tickets directly from the Central Honshu Information Plaza in Keio Shinjuku without reservation from highwaybus.com?

As far as you have your tickets reserved online in advance, you can pick up your tickets at the Central Honshu Information Plaza in Keio Shinjuku until 6:30pm.

As for the kamikochi yu yu tickets, you can purchase it directly from the Central Honshu Information Plaza until 6:00pm.
