I am a passenger from Taiwan. Due to the impact of the typhoon, we will be flying to Narita Airport on the flight at 6 am on October 13th is canceled.

If your question is about the highway bus you have reserved, this is what you need to do.

1. Please check to see if you have received a cancellation notice by email from highwaybus.com.
If the bus you have reserved will be suspended, you will receive an email.

2. If it applies to your bus, please cancel your reservation from the "My Reservation" page on the website within 30 days after the day your bus is suspended. Please note if you do not cancel your reservation, you cannot refund your ticket.
