I booked ticket for highway bus and got info email confirm my payment with our route but I couldn’t see my ticket yet, so should I get the real ticket at airport or what should I do for the next step. My trip is on nov 7

Which type of ticket did you choose, web ticket or mobile ticket?
If you have chosen a web ticket, you should receive an email with a link to display a bus ticket.
Please print out the ticket and show it to the bus crew when you get on the bus.
You do not need to go to the ticket counter to pick up a ticket.
I you have chosen a mobile ticket, you should receive a link to display a bus ticket.
Please show the screen to the bus crew when you get on the ticket.
If you have not received a ticket, please log on to My Reservation from the website below.

Once you long into the My Reservation page, please enter all the information you have entered when you reserved a ticket to retrieve your ticket. You can see your bus ticket from the page and print out a ticket.
