I have booked two bus tickets from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko for November 13 in 10/22. But there is no any matching data in My Reservation when I wanted to change wet ticket to Mobile ticket. I received email confirmation and credit card charged. Can I use the printed tickets to board on bus on 11/13? Is my reservation valid?
