Hi...i am trying to reserve roundtrip tickets from Shinjuku to Fuji Q Highland and Kawaguchiko for Nov 14...but as i get to the Customer Information part, it keeps asking me to "Enter first name in half width, 20 characters" and/or the last name as well. That's why i cannot continue with the reservation. What do I do please? I reserved for the same trip last year but did not encounter this problem.

That usually happens when the entered information is wrong. Could you please check to see if you are entering your name in half width within 20 characters? If you still can not get through, please try it from the beginning?
