Yes, you can get on from Shimoyoshia stop. Please make sure to be at the bus stop by the time the bus arrives. If there are no one at the bus stop, the bus does not wait for you because you are not supposed to get on from Shimoyoshida stop. If you are there on time, it should be no problem.
