I think the best way and easiest way to go to Kawaguchiko from Narita Airport is to go to Shinjuku by train or limousine bus and then, take a highway bus from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Kawaguchiko.
I recommend that you make an online reservation for the highway bus to Kawaguchiko to secure your seat.
