Hi, Ive already made a reservation through highway bus website from shinjuku to fuji Qland with the Q pack. Ive gotten the booking no. May i know where exactly to collect the tickets?

You can pick up your tickets from the bus terminal in Shinjuku station.
Please see the link below for the access to the ticket counter.

Please note the Expressway Bus Terminal will move to Shinjuku Station South Exit from April 4th, 2016.

The new bus terminal is expected to be very crowded, so I would recommend you to go there at least half an hour before the departure time.
