Dear sir, I booked 3 tickets from Shibuya to Kawaguchiko next week. I tried to use the cancellation form to cancel but realised it requires a bus number. I carelessly lost my print out and do not know the number. How can I inform the bus company to release the seats to other travelers please. So sorry for inconvenience caused.

Would you like to cancel all the tickets you have reserved so far? Or, do you have any reservations you would like to keep? If you would like to cancel all the reservations, please cancel your reservation from the following link.

If you do not know the bus number, you can just write "I do not know".

However, if you have some reservations on the same day you would like to keep, please keep all the reservations for now to be safe and cancel unnecessary reservation at the counter on the departure day. You will not be charged for the unnecessary tickets.
