Hi. You can buy the Q-Pack ticket either at Shibuya sta. or Shinjuku sta. from either Keio Highway Bus or Fujikyuko Bus company. However, Fujikyuko Bus does not have a English on-line reservation site, so I recommend using Keio Highway Bus company.

First, you can make an online reservation for a round trip bus ticket from Shibuya sta. to FujiQ Highland from the link below.

Then, when you purchase the ticket at the ticket office in Shibuya sta. , please tell the staff that you want to buy a Q-Pack. I suggest picking up the ticket at least half an hour or 1 hour before the departure time because it gets really crowded in the morning.
The ticket price is 7,600 yen for adult.
