they always have one operator who speaks English.
press 1 after the guidance in Japanese, and ask an English operator.

Hi there!

It's working, but it says there's no available tickets to deal via internet, so make a phone call instead.

I think the bus companies have limitations of tickets for internet, for the people who travels the day w/o reservation, because it's in the middle of holidays.

Please make a call to check if they still have available ticket.

I'm happy to look for the no. for foreigners if you can't find.
