Hi..my name is nashyiroh.i have made online booking bus from shinjuku station to kawaguchiko lake but i forgot to bring the printed reservation paper.can i stil get and claim the ticket at the counter ticket?

You do not need the printed reservation paper to get the ticket. All you need is the phone number you used for the reservation. Please just tell the clerk your phone number. You should have no problems.
