Hi there,

I think it sounds a bit rush but there is a way you want.

1)Take bus from Shinjuku station to Kawaguchiko.

2) Take bus from Kawaguchiko to Mt.Fuji 5th station ( Subaru Line ).

3)There are a few bus stops at Fuji, and in your case you will take "Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station".
So, take a bus from Fuji Subaru Line 5th station to Kawaguchiko first, then change bus heading to Gotenba.

Sounds very rush so I strongly recommend you to book a accommodation at Gotenba or Kawaguchiko depends what and where you really wish to spend your time.
