Hi, i plan to go by bus from shinjuku to hakuba. where do i have to onboard the bus from shinjuku? ( bus no KKO 5503)

Is it west exit terminal or shinjuku south exit?

Busta-Shinjuku is also called Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. Please look for the sign when you get off at Shinjuku.

Is the bus you're going to take leaving Shinjuku at 09:35 and arrives Hakubagoryu at 14:36?

If it's correct, your bus leaves from Busta-Shinjuku.
It's located Shin-Minami exit, 4th floor.
